SageMaster Forex is a trading software platform for building, configuring, and monitoring your own trading activity. This article is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

A Paper Account is a simulated trading account on SageMaster Forex. It lets you place simulated orders, run strategies, and explore the platform's features using simulated funds, without connecting a real broker account.

If you've used a demo account with a broker before, a Paper Account serves the same purpose: practicing with simulated funds under real market conditions. The key difference is that your Paper Account is built and supported directly by SageMaster Forex — it is not provided by a separate broker. That's why you don't need to register with, or connect, any third-party broker to use it; everything runs natively within the platform you already use.

Results on a paper account are simulated and do not represent actual trading performance. Past or simulated results are not a reliable indicator of results you would achieve with a live account, since markets are unpredictable and live trading involves real execution conditions, costs, and risks that a simulation cannot fully replicate.

Getting a Paper Account

New users: A Paper Account is created for you automatically after you complete onboarding. You don't need to do anything — once onboarding is finished, your Paper Account is ready and you're taken to the Magic Terminal.
