Before forwarding the information to the QA team, ensure you have received the following details from the user:

• A detailed description of the issue
• The user's email address
• The broker account where the issue occurred (including the company, server, and account type: standard, pro, etc.)

• The Expert Assist ID associated with the issue

If the user encounters issues with trade execution, it would be helpful to include a screenshot from the event tab.
